It adopts a high-speed oscillation box structure with a reasonably designed gear set, and the maximum oscillation speed can reach 6500r/min. It can easily handle various needle-woven fabrics. It also uses high-strength knife connecting rods, which have high strength and high toughness, effectively reducing mechanical wear caused by vibration., ensuring cutting accuracy and extending service life.

Using a high-speed abrasive belt sharpening method of 15000r/min, different specifications of abrasive belts can be selected according to different fabrics to ensure that the blade remains sharp. Compared with grinding wheels, the soft abrasive belt can effectively reduce the wear of the cutting knife and make it easier to replace. The sharpening action takes only 2 seconds to complete, which greatly saves sharpening time (sharpening is invalid cutting time).

Adopt integrated bed structure for high stability. The bed part uses large-scale gantry milling equipment to polish the horizontal surface and straight surface milling to ensure that the equipment still maintains high-precision performance, stability and stability during long-term high-load operation. After moving the machine many times, the cutting accuracy will not be affected, and it is easy to install;

Using the industry-advanced knife intelligent stress sensor, when the cutting knife deforms during the cutting process, the sensors on both sides of the guide wheel will detect the pressure, and the pressure will be converted into electrical signals through the stress sensor circuit module and fed back to the cutting monitoring system in real time., the cutting system will automatically correct the offset of the cutting knife and compensate for the cutting path, making the cutting knife stable and vertically controllable. It can ensure the consistency of the upper and lower cutting pieces and achieve higher cutting layers.

Cutting while walking

Fully automatic cutting while walking technology eliminates the need for manual secondary positioning. One person can operate the cutting bed and collect materials at the same time. It has equipment characteristics such as cutting while conveying, positioning the fabric once, and full-page cutting without stopping and waiting. zero-gap clipping

Zero-gap cutting means that when discharging, the gap between cutting pieces is 0. According to statistics, for every 1mm enlargement of the gap in the layout diagram, 2% of the material is wasted.
